Essential Yoga Therapy

Last updated: 06/2026

Essential Yoga Therapy provides comprehensive therapeutic training to yoga teachers who are motivated to become professional yoga therapists.  Our IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) Accredited Training empowers yoga teachers to become skilled and confident in the therapeutic application of yoga as Certified Yoga Therapists. This will enable them to seek employment in various types of settings including hospitals and medical clinics. Our therapist training program is a scientifically based training supported with clinical work, consistent mentorship, practicum supervision, and upholding academic rigor. The EYT Training facilitates learning of the application of yoga therapy on the physical, psycho-spiritual and physiologic levels, utilizing the best of yoga, Ayurveda, and Western body/mind science. In addition to our Yoga Therapist training, our Restore Your Prana Certificate Course provides professional level training for yoga teachers, therapists and other health-care professionals in breathing practices and pranayama techniques to enhance their work with students and clients.
