Foundations of Yoga Therapy

Essential Yoga Therapy
Foundations of Yoga Therapy cultivates a depth of knowledge and skill-set to utilize the multiple tools of yoga: asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation and yoga philosophy in a therapeutic context. It transforms seasoned yoga teachers into burgeoning yoga therapists, able to customize practices for individuals and to eloquently weave the teachings of yoga into their classes. Foundations prepares students with a personal understanding of the tools so they can then craft even more sophisticated practices as they begin their clinical work in Applications of Yoga Therapy.
