Marketing

Washington State University ETPL

Across five modules, learners will explore customer insights, branding, strategic messaging, pricing, and real-world applications of the marketing mix. By the end, they’ll have a practical understanding of how marketing supports business strategy and how to speak the language of customer value—essential for anyone involved in product, service, or sales decisions.

At the Carson College of Business, we’ve designed a set of fully online, non-degree certificate programs to help employers grow talent from within. These offerings reflect our land-grant mission: to provide practical education that makes an immediate difference in real communities and workplaces. Whether your team needs to deepen their business fluency or expand into new areas, these flexible programs support learning that’s both personal and purposeful.
