Seattle Changing Room is a boutique movement and fitness studio that specializes in providing personal training and group classes in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® to the general public for fitness and recreation. The studio is beautifully situated on the west side of Lake Union, just north of downtown Seattle. Seattle Changing Room also hosts teacher training courses and continuing education courses for new and licensed GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructors. We are proud to be one of a large community of independently-owned Gyrotonic fitness studios around the country and the world that hosts such courses for the Gyrotonic trainer community.
