Gyrotonic Level 1 Teacher Training Courses

Seattle Changing Room
This program prepares participants to become GYROTONIC Level 1 Trainers. Gyrotonic International Headquarters (Gyrotonic HQ) - the licensing body for all Gyrotonic instructors - sets and administers the curriculum, teaching objectives, clock hours, instructional methods, completion documents, and course fees. The Gyrotonic Level 1 Teacher Training Program consists of four sequential courses. Seattle Changing Room, an independent Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis studio, offers three of the four courses. The fourth and final certification course is offered only at Gyrotonic HQ-designated certifying studios. The three courses offered at Seattle Changing Room teach students to design and teach a progressive sequence of Gyrotonic Level 1 classes on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower and prepare them for the Final Certificate Course. Students may take any or all of the three courses at Seattle Changing Room and may complete the remaining courses at other studios. Registration is per course. Gyrotonic HQ tracks each instructor-in-training's progress and issues certificates of completion for each course.
