Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Continuing Education Courses

Seattle Changing Room
Certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructors are required by Gyrotonic International Headquarters (Gyrotonic HQ) to complete one Gyrotonic HQ-approved continuing education course at least once every two years to maintain certification and licensure. Seattle Changing Room offers 1 - 4 continuing education courses each year to aid local trainers in maintaining their Gyrotonic and/or Gyrokinesis licenses. Some courses are approved by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) to satisfy CEC requirements for Pilates instructors. Gyrotonic HQ sets and administers each course's curriculum, learning objectives, instructional hours, teaching format, completion documentation, and fees. Gyrotonic HQ also manages and issues trainer licenses and certifications. Course durations vary by course and range from 3 - 7 days. Please note the program duration, course hours, and tuition and fees listed in Career Bridge are for a 7-day course. Tuition and fees are lower for shorter courses. Please check our website for more detailed course information.
