Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Continuing Education Courses Longer than 3 Days

Gyrotonic Headquarters requires that Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Instructors take a Gyrotonic-approved Continuing Education Course at least once every two years to maintain their certification and license. The curriculum, teaching objectives, clock hours, method of instruction, completion documents, and course fees are all established, managed and administered by Gyrotonic International Headquarters. the entity that licenses all Gyrokinesis Instructors. Continuing Education Courses from Gyrotonic Headquarters that are more than 3 days in duration that could potentially be held at Seattle Changing Room are all included in this program description; Any one of these courses will fulfill the continuing education requirement. In any given calendar year, Seattle Changing Room may select one or two of the following courses to host, depending on local demand and Master Trainer availability. In addition to fulfilling Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for Gyrokinesis and/or Gyrotonic instructors, some courses have also been approved by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) for Pilates to fulfill CEC requirements for Pilates Instructors.
