The Culinary Arts Program prepares graduates to work in high volume commercial kitchens for positions ranging from line cooks to entry level management. The program trains students in classical techniques and provides hands-on experience with courses in fine dining and quantity food preparations, garde manger, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control, and management skills. Students can receive certification in ServSafe Food Protection Manager and ServSafe Alcohol.
