Per 49 CFR 380 Appendix C and per WAC 308-100-033 This course is to prepare a student choosing to apply for and entry level position within the transportation industry with the skills and knowledge to obtain a job requiring a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License with a Passenger Endorsement in accordance with the Entry Level Driver Training Requirements in Part 380 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation. Once the student passes the skills test, they are eligible to pay the appropriate license fees at a Washington State Department of License Office to add "Commercial Driver" and "Passenger Endorsement" to their Washington State Driver's License.
Valid WA State Driver's license with no disqualifying events. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass DOT Drug test and medical exam. Read, write and speak English as required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
