To provide a more in-depth understanding of the Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods, and application of these skills to the Gyrotonic Jumping Stretching Board. Trainer will be certified to train and teach on the Gyrotonic Jumping Stretching Board at the culmination of this course. UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION Trainers receive certification of completing the course, and receive accreditation as a Gyrotonic Jumping
