GYROTONIC(R) Teacher Training

Gyrotonic Movement Center of Seattle ETPL
To give students the skills necessary to teach the Gyrotonic Level 1 exercise curriculum as a Gyrotonic Trainer. The program is composed of 138 practicum hours, and 60 teaching hours and is taught in four progressive courses as outlined below. The method of instruction is a lab like setting where full physical participation and demonstration/execution of all exercises in the Gyrotonic syllabus is required.

Prerequisite courses and other requirements

Entrance Requirements: Entry level coursework for the GYROTONIC Teacher Training program requires students must have participated in a minimum of 10 hours of Gyrotonic sessions and experienced all the exercises in the Gyrotonic Level 1, Progression 1 exercise list under the supervision of a licensed Certified Gyrotonic Trainer.
