Home Care Aide Training (HCA)

Westsound Home Care ETPL
Our curriculum is approved by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) Aging and Long-Term Support Administration. The Home Care Aide training course consists of 4 days (32 hours) population-specific instruction in-seat here at Westsound Home Care Training and 43 hours of online Activated Insights Core Basic Training. The student must maintain an 80% pass rate for the in-class and on-line training to be eligible to receive their certificates of completion. At the end of the training the student will receive the following certificates of completion with a minimum 80% passing grade.
