This USCG approved course meets the requirements of Rating Forming Part of an Engineering Watch 46 Code of Federal Regulations 12.605 (CFR). Assesses the person's ability to meet the standards of competence prescribed NVIC 07-14 Guidelines for qualification for STCW endorsement as RFPEW. Intended for engine room personnel that meet the requirements of 46 CFR 12.103 and 12.609 requirements to qualify for an STCW endorsement as RFPEW to their MMD.
