Cosmetology Distance Learning

Elite Cosmetology, Barber & Spa Academy ETPL
The purpose of this course is to train students in basic manipulative skills, safety judgments, proper work habits and desirable attitude necessary for an entry level position in cosmetology and/or related careers. This course consists of 1600 clock hours of study in both theory and practical skill development that is required for licensing. Forty-five percent of the 1600 hours may be done distance learning. The Washington State Department of Licensing. Theory and practical practices precede laboratory activities with students expected to complete assignments in each phase of training and receive a passing grade on each exercise before being allowed to participate in laboratory activities. Theory and practice are integrated throughout the cosmetology course.
