Administrative Training Program

Orion Industries ETPL
Orion's Administrative Training Program housed in Auburn offers multiple areas of training: Front Desk Agent - Students answer and transfer all Orion telephone calls and perform miscellaneous clerical tasks in addition to greeting customers. Administrative - students train in Orion's administrative division, including HR or marketing. Manufacturing Offices - students train in Orion's manufacturing offices, such as the Estimating department or Commercial Work Order processing. Students who train in any of the Administrative positions get hands-on opportunities to practice their customer service skills, computer skills, and office equipment skills. During the student's time in the program, they will learn and demonstrate soft skills and technical skills related to employment in office and/or customer service-type environments. Training components may include computer-based pre-testing, one-to-one or small-group instruction, customer service training, and/or telephone training. Students meet regularly with a Vocational Counselor while in the program.

Employment performance results

Data is unavailable for one of several reasons: In some cases, the institution has not provided the Workforce Board with data to independently evaluate program performance. We encourage all schools to provide this data on an annual basis. In other cases, the program joined Career Bridge recently and student data has not been reported yet. In other cases, the program is too small or too new to provide reliable results.
