Goodwill of the Olympics Rainier Region offers a Basic Digital Skills Training Program for students 18 years of age or older. The program is designed as a basic level training and is for students who are new to using computing devices to find employment, new to job training on a digital device, and for students who wish to build a strong foundation of digital literacy skills. As defined by the American Library Association, digital literacy is the ability to use information and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills.
