Hair Design is 1400 clock hours. Approx 10-12 months. It includes theory, and practice of business practices, basic human anatomy, physiology, shampooing, draping, brushing, scalp manipulation, conditioning, rinsing, scalp, and hair analysis, hair cutting, trimming, braiding, razor cutting, clipper cutting, shear knowledge, beard, and mustache design, perming, coloring, bleaching, relaxing, safety, and sanitation standards, disease and disorders, proper use of chemicals, proper use of tools, implements, and electrical appliances, and first aid. Theory, Practicals, and State Board Preparation. Spanish courses available upon request.
