This program prepares students to be successful in a wide range of business careers. The focus is on providing a broad set of business skills that will help students perform better in the workplace and increase their advancement opportunities. Career paths in business management include marketing, sales, general management, project management, small business, and more. This certificate program prepares individuals to manage a variety of retail sales operations or lines of merchandise. The program serves both entry-level job candidates and current employees. After successful completion of the required coursework, students receive a certificate, which may also show the WAFC (Washington Association of Food Chains) endorsement.
