The Master of Education in Educational Leadership offers theoretical and practical knowledge of school leadership. The degree program includes a Principal Track and an Instructional Leader Track. Students residing in Missouri are eligible to pursue Initial Principal Certification with the Principal Track. The Principal Track of the Master of Education in Educational Leadership does not guarantee a student initial principal certification. Students who reside outside of Missouri and plan to enroll in the principal track are responsible for verifying that the program meets requirements for licensure as principal in their state.
