200 hr Grounded Wisdom Teacher Training

8 Limbs Yoga Centers LLC ETPL
At 8 Limbs our mission is to create a supportive, inclusive, and non-competitive atmosphere in which yoga practitioners can learn and grow. The 8 Limbs 200-hour Teacher Training courses serve this mission by offering the aspiring or continuing yoga teacher or serious student a sound foundation in the principals of yoga theory and practice within the container of the training staff and fellow participants. We bridge the ancient wisdom of yoga asanas with a modern and thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. Our main guides are the eight limbs of yoga, as prescribed by the sage Patanjali in his text on the science of yoga, The Yoga Sutras. Our curriculum provides Teacher Training participants with the basic tools to begin leading groups of all levels and to continue on the path of yoga with grace and humble confidence.
