Minimum qualifications must be clearly stated and applied in a nondiscriminatory manner [WAC 296-05-015(17)]. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time bid application is submitted. High school graduate or certified equivalent. Applicants for apprenticeship must be physically capable of performing the work of the craft. No exceptions may be made. Current Washington State Driver License.
