The program provides introductory and professional development classes relating to the wine industry. Options include the following: Winemaking (learning to produce quality wines and develop an individual style of wine); Wine Marketing and Sales; and Food and Wine Pairing (the intricacies of bridging food and wine). The program prepares individuals for a career in the wine industry, and provides advanced skill training for those already employed in the industry. Must be 21 years or older to apply.
