The Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (BSIS) is designed to introduce and reinforce the latest developments and standards in Information Systems. The program encompasses the concepts, principles, and processes for two broad areas of activity within organizations: 1) acquisition, deployment, management, and strategy for information technology resources and services and 2) packaged system acquisition or system development, operation, and evolution of infrastructure and systems for use in organizational processes. The systems deliver information and communications services in an organization combine both technical components and human operators and users. This degree prepares graduates for a myriad of opportunities to work in and advance their information systems careers with emphases on Enterprise Systems and Application Development.
