This is an advanced level course. You should have a base knowledge about computer hardware, networking, and security knowledge. It is recommended that you should either first take CompTIA A+ and Network+ or have the equivalent of two years of experience working with computers. To qualify to take the SSCP exam you must possess a minimum of one year of full-time experience in one or more of the seven domains of the current SSCP Exam Outline OR have a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
