Successful completion of Taylor Made TDS Intermediate Class A Commercial Driver Development (or equivalent intermediate‑level Class A experience). Valid Washington State CDL (Class A). Current DOT medical certificate. Current Washington State driving record (abstract) showing CDL eligibility. Pass required drug test(s), if applicable, before any behind‑the‑wheel training.
