The Mat Flex Teacher Training Program (M) provides a thorough education in classical and contemporary Pilates. It covers bothPilates Mat repertoire and provides students with skills to teach fundamental up to advanced-level clients. The program includesanatomy, kinesiology, BASI’s teaching methodologies, physiology, movement theory, alignment and posture principles, exerciseassessment, and the proprietary BASI Block System. The program consists of 4 academic in person modules and 4.12 hours of onlineinstruction.
