The skills we teach prepare you for a life of service to your community. Your skills may save a life. Polaris Training Concepts is dedicated to providing high quality EMS and Fire training programs. Instructors are passionate about teaching the next generation of firefighters and EMTs. The EMT program has a 90% first attempt NREMT test pass rate for students that maintain a grade of 80% or better. The Program Director, Mark Norman, has over 25 years experience in Fire/EMS. He started in Silicon Valley, working for the founding company of AMR (PacMed), in the early 90’s. Upon moving to the Northwest, Mark started working for Stanwood/Camano Ambulance and as a volunteer firefighter. Mark has been an instructor for the last 20 years teaching EMT/EMS and Fire Academy Courses. Mark takes pride in guiding students through any challenges to achieve their goal.
