Headway Nursing Services is a private vocational training institution dedicated to cultivating Washington State's next generation of long-term healthcare professionals. Founded by Janice T. Angle, a Registered Nurse with over thirty years of clinical and educational experience and a DSHS-approved Community Instructor since 2011 (Instructor Code 1-0460), the institution provides state-approved, WAC-compliant training. Our curriculum is anchored by the 75-Hour Home Care Aide (HCA) Blended Training program, alongside DSHS Specialty Training and annual Continuing Education (CE) for Home Care Aides and Adult Family Home (AFH) personnel.
