HCA to CNA Bridge Program

Iroko Bridge Academy ETPL

Topics covered include: Basic nursing skills like taking vital signs and assisting with mobility. Personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. Safety and emergency procedures, including CPR. Communication and patient rights. Infection control and hygiene. Observation and documentation skills. This HCA to CNA Bridge program lasts about 2 weeks: 2 weeks in the classroom and lab, and one day in a Clinical facility.

Employment performance results

Data is unavailable for one of several reasons: In some cases, the institution has not provided the Workforce Board with data to independently evaluate program performance. We encourage all schools to provide this data on an annual basis. In other cases, the program joined Career Bridge recently and student data has not been reported yet. In other cases, the program is too small or too new to provide reliable results.
