High School Diploma or GED Current AHA BLS CPR Certification Letter of Recommendation from current EMS Agency Pass Criminal Background Check Clean Drug Screen Current vaccinations to include:~MMR – 2 required or titer,~Varicella – proof of vaccination/chicken pox or titer~Tdap – 1 required~Hepatitis B – proof of series being started~TB – required yearly~Flu Shot – required yearly (during flu season)
