Project Management Skills with AI

General Assembly ETPL
This course is designed to help students navigate the rapidly changing landscape of project management, where AI plays a central role. Students will learn to integrate proven project management frameworks with AI-powered tools to plan, lead, and adapt projects more effectively. The curriculum covers all aspects from scoping and scheduling to risk forecasting and outcome measurement, demonstrating how AI can enhance, not replace, the role of a project manager. Across five units, students will apply their knowledge directly to a project of their choosing, culminating in a capstone project that showcases their ability to lead with AI support from start to finish. The course emphasizes responsible AI usage, effective stakeholder communication, and strengthening leadership skills for distributed teams. By the end, students will possess a comprehensive, AI-backed project plan and the confidence to manage real-world projects in the AI era.

Data is unavailable for one of several reasons: In some cases, the institution has not provided the Workforce Board with data to independently evaluate program performance. We encourage all schools to provide this data on an annual basis. In other cases, the program joined Career Bridge recently and student data has not been reported yet. In other cases, the program is too small or too new to provide reliable results.
