Prepares students for careers in the Early Care & Education field as child care directors and teachers, as well as lead and assistant child care providers. To obtain the degree, a student will complete one of the following endorsements: Leadership in Early Childhood Education, Child Development-Infant/ Toddler, Child Development-Preschool, Child Development-School Age, Family Child Care Professional, or Special Needs. Students participate in practical experiences in the campus Child Developement Centers or in local childcare centers. Degree candidates may petition for credits based on possession of current CDA credentials. All courses must be completed with a minimum of C grade to graduate.
