AI Essentials for Work

Nucamp Inc. ETPL
Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy has become an essential workforce competency. This is seen in analyses from sources ranging from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics to "AI Literacy Review," AI Literacy Institute, and beyond, reporting significant impact on skill requirements in nearly 40% of jobs. Nucamp's AI Essentials for Work Bootcamp provides working professionals and job seekers with practical Artificial Intelligence (AI) literacy skills that enhance performance across multiple industries and job functions. The program addresses new skill gaps that increasingly affect all job sectors. Our curriculum focuses on AI tool proficiency, ethical AI implementation, and strategic AI integration that can be immediately applied in workplace settings regardless of specific industry or role. We have designed this program with a broad AI literacy approach rather than industry-specific training for the following compelling reasons: Address Statewide Employment Needs: broader application to boost employability generally. Employer Demand: increasingly organizations need AI-literate employees regardless of sector. Employee Flexibility Advantage of cross-industry AI skills: Future-Proofing: the training remains in spite of any industry-specific downturns. Skills Transferability: graduates can pivot between industries as needed. Career mobility across sectors and job functions. Broader employment opportunities in multiple markets.

Employment performance results

Data is unavailable for one of several reasons: In some cases, the institution has not provided the Workforce Board with data to independently evaluate program performance. We encourage all schools to provide this data on an annual basis. In other cases, the program joined Career Bridge recently and student data has not been reported yet. In other cases, the program is too small or too new to provide reliable results.
