OIC of Washington's Education and Career Training Academy, Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Program is a state private vocational school that is owned and operated by OIC of Washington. Each course is comprised of classroom instruction, workshop, AI computer software simulator, video instruction, and construction site. All instruction and testing are in English.
