Maritime Institute Crowd Management (MARINS-142) course is designed for personnel serving in passenger ships engaged on international voyages. The course will equip trainees with the knowledge and skills to facilitate safe management/control of emergency scenarios. The crowd management training required by regulation V/2, paragraph 4 for personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency situations. This course aims to meet the Mandatory minimum requirements for the training and qualification of masters, officers, ratings and other personnel on passenger ships on Ro-Ro passenger ships and on passenger ships other than Ro-Ro passenger ships in Regulation V/2, pa. 3. Any applicant who has successfully completed your Crowd Management (MIDATL-142) course will satisfy the Crowd Management training requirements of Paragraph 1of Section A-V/2; the Safety Training requirements of Paragraph 2 of Section A-V/2 of the STCW code, As Amended 2010.
