Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Absolute Healthcare Training Center
Absolute healthcare training was developed in 2024 during the aftermath of the pandemic to fill the void of a lack of healthcare professionals needed in the clinical care setting. Our program is designed to educate our students on the importance of providing safe and proper hands-on care while meeting the physical and psychosocial needs of the patient. Our company offers superior training in both the classroom and clinical setting with multiple labs to assist with ongoing training. Our company also offers all learning materials and supplies needed to complete the program as well as assistance with job placement. Business Mission: The mission of our company is to develop skillful, critical thinking and caring healthcare professionals who will function within the roles and responsibilities as required by Washington State. Graduates of our program will be prepared to take the programs competencyevaluation, skills exam, and the required test for state certification. Absolute healthcare training is designed as a pre-nursing course which prepares students for entry level positions on the nursing and healthcare career path. Instructions will be presented in the basic sciences as it relates to the human body and health. Coordination of theory and skill proficiency will also be utilized during the student clinical experience while caring for a variety of patients. During the pandemic we all experienced how unprepared we were as a country to meet the needs of thousands of Americans. As first responders actively working in the mist of the Covid, we were able to see up close the scarcity of healthcare workers and the effects it had on human survival rates and over worked employees. Our goal and our purpose of creating this company is to prepare qualified individuals to become safe and effective healthcare professionals to break the many barriers we face in healthcare today. In return this will improve patient care outcomes, quality of life, cultural competence and increase adequate access to basic health care. Services Offered: The need for dependable bedside nursing care is as prevalent as ever, ranging from hospitals to home health agencies to long-term care facilities. The certified nursing assistant (CNA) plays an important role in providing basic care while ensuring the safety and comfort of all patients.
