This custom program is designed for seasoned project managers with quality control experience. It combines preparation for the PMP certification through the Project Management Institute with certification through the ASQ for the Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Quality Auditor. The project management certification course takes you beyond an introduction of key fundamentals to deepen your understanding and practical application of project management tools, methods, and processes. You will view project management from the perspective of a life cycle approach. This program is available with or without a six-hours fully online introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI-e module). This course exposes you to the basics of AI and its practical uses. As part of your program completion, you will be required to submit or present a brief summary of how AI applies to the subject of your main program. The six-hour AI-e runs concurrently with the project management training. Test banks for CQE and CQA certification exams are included. CQA and CQE exam prep courses (in addition to the test banks) are optional. The contact hours for the PMP exam preparation may be applied for the PMP exam education prerequisite or as professional development units (PDUs) The program includes the cost of certification for the CQE and CQA exams. The cost of the PMP exam is not included. Enrollment in this program requires prior approval. This program is considered full-time.
