Business Launchpad is a six part program designed to guide entrepreneurs through the essential fundamentals of launching and growing a business. Core topics include establishing a strong foundation, navigating legal and compliance essentials (such as choosing the right entity, securing permits and licenses, and understanding basic taxes), evaluating opportunities, developing marketing strategies, conducting financial assessments, and strengthening operational management. Throughout the series, participants will also explore practical ways to integrate AI tools, such as leveraging AI for market research and creating operational and management tools for daily use. By the end of the program, each participant will have a clear, actionable business plan framework and be prepared to work with a business advisor to refine their plan and move forward with confidence.
