The Education Specialist (Ed.S.) in Educational Administration builds upon the skills developed in the M.Ed. degree and is designed for advanced leadership as a K-12 superintendent, district level administrator, or K-12 building-level leader. Employment opportunities include: superintendent, assistant superintendent, secondary career principal, elementary career principal, director, coordinator, and instructional leader. The Education Specialist program prepares students to obtain Career Administrator Certification or Superintendent Certification. The program is delivered online with weekly opportunities to have individualized guidance from faculty for suggestions or clarification.
