The Tribal Homeland Security Emergency Management Certificate (Tribal HSEM) is specifically designed for tribal emergency management professionals. Graduates of this certificate are prepared for leadership roles in the rapidly evolving Tribal HSEM profession for their tribe and its neigh-boring communities.
