The Home Care Aide training program prepares the student to work as a Long Term Care Worker in the community setting as defined by the Department of Social and Health Services in Washington State. Upon Program completion, the successful student will be awarded a certificate of completion that is approved by DSHS for long term care workers. This certificate of completion in turn will qualify the candidate to be considered for testing in order to attain a Home Care Aide Certification by DOH Washington.
