Advancing DEIB in Organizations

University of Washington Professional and Continuing Education ETPL
In this four-course certificate program, we'll start from the premise that oppression including racism, sexism, anti-blackness, homophobia and ableism exists in all types of organizations. From there, youll explore advanced DEIB concepts, such as how to create trauma-informed workplaces and psychologically safe environments, as well as anti-racist, inclusion-centered approaches and self-awareness exercises you can use to develop your (and your organizations) goals. Youll connect with other colleagues working to drive change within their organizations as you practice using traditional and emergent organization development tools in inclusive ways.
