USA Truck Driving School ETPL
Class "A" Commercial Driver License (CDL) as per 49 CFR Part 380 Appendix A and 49 CFR 380.609. At USA Truck Driving School we offer this course to prepare a student wishing to apply for an entry level position within the Transportation job sector, with the skills and knowledge to obtain a job requiring a Class "A" Commercial Driver License. This course is composed of five different areas of education. The student will spend a minimum of 40 hours in the classroom environment, a minimum of 18 hours of "behind the wheel" street driving, a minimum of 16 hours training on backing maneuvers, a minimum of 16 hours of proficiency, and a minimum of 70 hours of observation. The total minimum time for this class is 160 hours between all learning areas.
