Accounts payable specialists are key members of any organization, ensuring bills and commitments are paid on time, accurately, and completely. Many AP specialists rely on software like Microsoft's Excel program to collect, track, and update important financial data. This online course will prepare you for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification exam for Excel and award you an Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) certification upon successful program completion. APS is an associate-level certification offered Institute of the Finance & Management (IOFM), which demonstrates your understanding of invoices, payments, T&E, Automation, and other key financial functions. This program offers enrollment with a voucher. The voucher is prepaid access to sit for the Microsoft Office Specialist Expert Excel certifying exams upon eligibility. Proctor fees may apply, which are not included. Must have a PC (MAC, Chromebook not compatible) and access to MS Office 365, 2021, or 2019). Program hours: 100 SOC: 43-3031 - Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Auditing Clerks (GES2091/EDG 2091). TAXES MAY APPLY.
