The Manufacturing Academy (MA), developed by AJAC, is a registered Apprenticeship Preparation advanced manufacturing training program through AJAC and Washington State. This program offers a deep and solid foundational career pathway into employment and advanced manufacturing apprenticeship opportunities. Upon completion, students will have certs the technical and foundational skills and also OSHA 10, Forklift, and CPR/first Aid certs to pursue gainful entry-level employment and, upon being hired by an AJAC training agent, to meet the minimum qualifications to pursue additional career pathways in advanced manufacturing through the AJAC portfolio of apprenticeship programs. Programs offered in Yakima, King, Thurston, Pierce, and Snohomish counties.
