Students learn to diagnose and resolve computer problems with software and hardware, use virtualization and cloud computing technologies, and learn about computer security and network systems. Possible certifications students can obtain include certifications from CompTIA, Microsoft, Amazon, or Cisco. Possible careers include Information Technology support technician, computer support specialist, desktop support technician, and network support positions.
