This course should take approximately three months for full time students, or five months for part time students. Our instructor course is set up to train student instructors in basic instructional methods needed to teach cosmetologist, barber, esthetics, and manicuring students. Class training will include a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and lab work of live models and manikins. Both online theory and in class training will include but are not limited to a review of the course of which they are teaching, course devolvement, teaching mythology, lesson plan development, classroom set up and organization, topic matter preparations, written lesson plans, presentation techniques, principals of teaching, record keeping, lecturing, demonstrations, project discussions, clinic supervision, client relation, class management, and written and practical assessments.
