Cornerstone Healthcare Training
HCA Learning Plan 1 is a Washington State DSHS-approved 75-hour Home Care Aide training program designed for individuals pursuing certification as long-term care workers. This online program includes three required components: Orientation and Safety Training (5 hours), Core Basic Training (58 hours), and two Population Specific Specialty courses -Mental Health Level 1 (8 hours) and Dementia Level 1 (8 hours). The training combines self-paced eLearning modules and instructor-led virtual sessions, providing comprehensive preparation to deliver safe and person-centered care to vulnerable adult populations.
