The BA program in Spanish Language and Cultures emphasizes language studies and cultures of Spanish-speaking communities. This program provides students with the skills to communicate competently and confidently in both written and oral form. Instruction at all levels stresses oral proficiency and cultural competence with the use of authentic media to prepare students for cultural, educational, literary, and professional needs throughout the United States, and abroad.
