Diversity In Technology
Help Desk Support program at Diversity in Technology provides the opportunity for students to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify for entry-level employment in the Computer Support field. Instruction is conducted through group discussions, lectures, and hands-on laboratory experience, in which the student learns about computer programs, hardware, software, and network systems. Help Desk Support program at Diversity in Technology is based on the objectives and contents of the Computer Technical Industry Association (CompTIA) A+ and the "real-world" knowledge of the instructors. Students who complete this program should be prepared to sit for the CompTIA A+ exams to earn Information Technology career certifications, which are keys to gaining successful employment.
