Certified Scrum Product Owner Training

In the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) class, students will learn the framework, principles, and values that make up Scrum, plus key skills and tools needed to be successful as a Product Owner. Students will discover how to juggle stakeholder needs, get hands-on experience creating a product vision, and learn new ways to better understand the customer in order to execute a product plan that best serves their needs. Students will leave this course with a practical, time-tested plan that they can begin using right away to enhance their agile transformation. Registration includes the two-day training and official CSPO certification accredited by the Scrum Alliance.
